Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, contents, and destination. Bluewave Future Sea Shipping LLC reserves the right to refuse service for prohibited, hazardous, or improperly documented cargo.

03. Reservation of rights

Pricing quotations are valid for the specified period and are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, customs fees, and other external factors. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service commencement.

04. Changes to the terms

Bluewave Future Sea Shipping LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, port congestion, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

Cargo insurance is available and recommended for all shipments. Clients must declare the full value of goods and any special handling requirements at the time of booking. Failure to disclose accurate information may void insurance coverage.
